Not in Utah anymore

Well we made it to Cali safe and sound. It only took us 13 hours... it should take around 10.
silly me left my phone at someones house and had to call that person at 7 in the am, which was prolly 3 hours after that someone had gone to bed, so that i could get the much needed communication device.
we made extremely good time until we hit Vegas, and lets just say i had much more fun there the first time i went this summer, but every Californian and three Utahns were driving to Cali yesterday so it took forever-- not to mention the fact that it was 115 degrees and there are many hills that arent condusive to air conditioning.
while that sounds like i am whining, i want you to know that i didnt have a bad ride cause i took first shift to St George and then slept, played on my laptop and watched Oceans Eleven (who really can complain when they watch Brad, George, and Matt for two hours...)
am i nervous. no not yet. thanks to matthew, i have my phone and have been able to talk to some of my favorite people in the world so that calms the nerves. i tried not to think about college at all in the car except when in prayer so the butterflys were avoided there. thomas and his girlfriend also came to visit right after we got in which just made me excited for school, and for all of those who have not met shannon, i completely understand why she puts that goofy, twitterpated look on thomas' face.
other than that i have just been spending some good quality time with the parents.
I do miss everyone in Utah though...
well i have to get up early tomorrow to move in alllll of my junk, and there is alot i promise :)
